Admin Clerk (KK & Kuching)

Job Description:

  • Assisting in organising / promoting Rockwills seminars and activities.
  • Data entry, answer calls & handle walk in enquiries.
  • Prepare weekly report / sales report.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.

Administrative Executive / Officer

Job Description:

  • Drafting of documents of the company such as Wills and correspondence.
  • Managing documents of the company and the filing system.
  • Preparation of documents for submission to insurance companies and government authorities.
  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative task.
  • Any other duties assigned by the company as and when required and deemed necessary.

Job Requirements:

Legal Executive

Job Description:

  • Provides a full range of legal, estate planning and private trust services, including Will writing, private trust set-up, estate and trust administration.
  • Manage a portfolio of cases to advice, structure, draft and administer clients' Wills and trusts.
  • Required to deal with all administrative aspects of their portfolio of clients, dealing directly with clients and their advisors and family where relevant.
  • The candidate should be able to manage the legal aspects of Will and trust set-up; estate and trust administration; perform comprehensive reviews of financial statements for trust structures; review documents pertaining to the establishment and continuation of private and complex trusts; and ensure compliance with all relevant laws.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent.
  • Candidate must be meticulous, committed to providing quality services to clients, work to tight deadlines.
  • The nature of the job requires a person with experience and/or qualification in administration, legal, accountancy, taxation, banking, financial services and insurance industry.

Job Description:

  • Conduct training, workshops and customer talks on Estate Planning related topics.
  • Draft Wills. 
  • Assist in marketing activities and recruitment activities.
  • Introduce new training programmers and workshops.
  • Support and motivate estate planners through effective training to achieve sales targets.
  • Increase monthly productive franchisees.
  • Monitor competitor's news, estate planner's websites and advertisements.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in law (preference will be given to those with CLP).
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Independent, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin. 
  • Enjoy doing public presentation and travelling. 
  • Relevant working experience will be an added advantage. 
  • Computer literate especially in MS Office applications. 

 

Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive

Job Description:

  • Assist in organising roadshows, events and workshops. 
  • Monitor monthly sales results. 
  • Prepare sales report. 
  • Gather market news and monitors Rockwills offices.
  • Handle client enquiries.
  • Coordinator with third party service providers.
  • Assist in recruitment activities / campaign. 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Marketing / Business Development / Online Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, creative and organisation skills.
  • An eager learner and enthusiastic initiative taker; pleasant personality. 
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good English and Chinese being an advantage.

Job Description:

  • Developing and maintaining applications, adherence to development processes and agreed to time lines.
  • Prepare system implementation plans.
  • Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
  • Trains users in implementation of systems.

  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent with at least 2 years working experiences.

Job Description:

  • Source for new Corporate tie-ups.
  • Develop marketing strategies with Corporate tie-ups.
  • Conduct training for staff and agents of Corporate tie-ups.
  • To build good relationship and service corporate tie-ups for more referrals. 
  • To provide Will and trust services to corporate tie-ups customers. 
  • To follow up and close leads referred by corporate tie-ups.
  • Support in marketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows and talks. 
  • Prepare monthly referral and sales report. 
  • To achieve monthly sales quota. 
  • To participate in special commitee set up for ad-hoc projects. 
  • No prior experience is needed as comprehensive training will be provided.
